Airport Meet and Greet

We offer personalized meet and greet services at the airport. In uniform and holding a sign to identify your party, our bilingual McCarthy's Party Ltd. staff will greet your guests or participants. Once all have arrived and luggage has been retrieved, our friendly staff will escort them to their arranged transfer (sedan, limousine, minivan, mini-coach or coach).

Shuttles And Transfers

McCarthy's Party Ltd. shuttles are designed to transport a large number of people between the airport and hotels, to the Convention Centre or other destinations for special events. A reliable transport service is guaranteed and our experienced staff assures that the vehicles are clean, modern, well-maintained and driven by professional drivers. Often, service is needed simply for the transfer of a group or individual, whether by limousine, sedan, minibus, motor coach, or even helicopter! McCarthy's Party Ltd. is there to deliver your transportation needs, quality guaranteed.

Off-site Selection

When holding an event in a hotel, a McCarthy's Party Ltd. hospitality desk can be extremely useful. Easily identifiable for participants, this desk is staffed by certified bilingual guides who can give information about the city, different activities, shows and exhibitions in town, restaurants and much more. Brochures and maps of the city can also be distributed for those in need of information. If desired, the hospitality desk staff can be in charge of distributing tickets for different tours or activities to confirmed participants, or also sell tickets on site, make and confirm reservations, act as a message centre, etc.

McCarthy's Party Ltd. can set-up a housing office to manage all room reservations, individual or group for an event, be it for one hotel or several locations. This housing service involves the taking and recording of reservations by date, processing of deposits to guarantee rooms, and follow-up reports for verification and control.
